STICO has tried to create safe and comfortable shoes for a variety of working environments. In particular, after five years of research to make up for the weakness of EVA, we developed STICO’s own new EVA materials suitable for various environments.

First, we upgraded the EVA material, which has the disadvantage of being weak to heat, and developed an EVA that is less deformable even at high temperatures. This enables sterilizating and cleaning shoes at specific temperatures, making it easier to keep shoes clean. In addition, we developed EVA materials that doesn’t harden and shrink even at low temperatures, so that they can be worn in cold winters or in freezers.

The materials have been developed for the temperature of each special working environment, ranging from -20 to -30℃ to 135℃
STICO – H60
STICO Anti-Shrink products, made of Super EVA – H60, hardly shrink and deform even at the up to 60ºC temperature environment.
STICO – H80
STICO Anti-Shrink products, made of Super EVA – H80, hardly shrink and deform even at the up to 80 ºC temperature environment.
STICO – H135
STICO Anti-Shrink products, made of Super EVA – H135, hardly shrink and deform even after exposure to the high temperature steam for sterilization.
STICO – F30
STICO Anti-Shrink products, made of Super EVA – F30, doesn’t harden or shrink even in cold conditions around -20 to -30 degrees, and it is still flexible when used outdoors in winter or freezers.

The shape of the EVA product is deformed with a shrinkage rate of 10% or more, and the two low-shrinkage Super EVA products (STICO-H60 / STICO-H80) retain the shape of the product at a shrinkage rate of about 3% (based on length).
